Ex Racers Club Championship Show Arena UK 2008 Report and Results
Barella an 9 year old gelding that ran both on the flat and over the hurdles took both the ridden and the in hand championship titles at the weekend showing just how versatile he really is. A truly stunning combination and worthy winners
This years show was held for the first time over two days and what an amazing success story it was. Kicking off on the Saturday with jumping classes and gymkhana games and a fancy dress class and an amazing dog agility demonstration and class which got just about everybody in the mood for what was a really fun packed day The evenings entertainment was a demonstration from this years sponsor Equilibrium Products focusing on “better backs” following this there was a dressage talk in the bar by Brian Jeffels giving members some good sound advice for their dressage classes the following day and hopefully into the future as well
Special guest Bob Champion came along to support us on the Sunday and present the prizes. Dressage tests started the day rolling bright and early on the Sunday morning followed by the afternoons in hand and showing classes and ending with the long awaited Grand finale of the Champion of Champions classes
